Your account
Keep your sign-in details private and the information in your shop accurate. You are responsible for the products, descriptions, prices and files you publish. Only upload content you have the right to use and sell.
Selling and fulfilment
The seller supplies the product and is responsible for delivery, customer service, refunds and any taxes or legal requirements that apply to their business. Physical delivery currently supports UK addresses. Payment verification must be completed before accepting orders.
Payments and pricing
Payments are processed through KompiPay and Stripe, subject to their terms and verification requirements. Payout timing and processing fees depend on the payment account. A draft does not start a paid subscription; paid plan billing is not currently enabled.
AI assistance
Assistant output is a suggestion, and may contain mistakes. Review descriptions, prices, delivery promises and launch material before applying or sharing them. The assistant does not publish products, send customer messages, issue refunds or change payment accounts.
Appropriate use
Do not use ShopaBlock for unlawful, deceptive or harmful activity, to infringe another person’s rights, or to distribute malicious files. Do not try to access accounts, files or orders belonging to someone else.
